What does that mean?

It means, we're reimagining what a Hollywood studio is by merging virtual production and interactive experience pipelines so fans can interact with stories - and each other - across platforms, mediums, and devices.

It means, we're building a new interactive studio platform from the ground up on real-time technologies, agile principles, and open source solutions so other creators and projects can build too.

To pull this off, we've been supported by some of the biggest names in real-time tech and Hollywood.

But none of this works without a dedicated community. Our goal is to build Hollywood's first true open source web3-native studio for the global otaku community.

A community that, like us, is building for the long haul.

As co-founder and CTO of Voltaku, Sally brings a veteran creative technology career along with her, boasting over 30 blockbuster credits to her name from time spent at Digital Domain and Scanline VFX. She migrated from Hollywood to Gaming in 2016, landing at award winning XR content house, Magnopus.

There, she brought home an Auggie Award from the AWE for her work on Meow Wolf's XR mecha project, as well as received a personal nomination for "Reality Mixer of the Year" from Microsoft for her work on a world's-first mixed-reality art application for the HoloLens.

She was soon recruited to be one of six engineers building the Virtual Production system used by Disney's The Lion King. This product was acquired by Epic and bundled into Unreal Engine 4.23, where it continues to evolve to this day.

It was around that time she developed a passion for real-time avatar puppeteering: Inspired by VTubers like Kizuna Ai and Code Miko, she developed her own iOS product, bringing virtual production to the world of comics and anime. She created her own company to persue this dream, which was swiftly acquired by us at Voltaku.

Craig is the co-creator of the award winning Killtopia comic book series. A profesional illustrator from Glasgow, Craig studied at the Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art, where he graduated with honors before launching his career.

After picking up the SICBA Best Artist award and the 2018 Edinburgh Creative Creativity Award for his work on Killtopia, Craig launched a successful campaign for his book Hardcode, where his signature Neon-punk style splashes across pages, delighting old and new fans alike.

As lover of the interplay between art and technology, Craig was enthusiastic to join Voltaku's efforts in the creation of the Koshiro-23 project.

As co-founder and CEO of Voltaku, Charles manages the business end of the Koshiro-23 project, while weighing in on key creative decisions that unify the project across Voltaku's initiatives.

He is an entrepreneur and former actor, who appeared in over twenty TV shows and films as well as over a dozen plays on Broadway and off. While pursuing his MBA at NYU Stern, he originated the role of 'The Man' in the American Premiere of Florian Zeller's Tony Award-winning Broadway play, The Father.

Charles landed on the idea for Voltaku over a decade ago while donning a mocap suit to play a rogue cop in the video game, Grand Theft Auto IV, and thought "Well, this is going to change everything".
